Non-Exempt employees must obtain authorization from leadership before using company systems and applications during non-working hours. Non-Exempt employees (employees who are paid an hourly wage and are eligible for overtime pay- See ACG Employment Policy Guide) must report all hours worked, including time worked on behalf of ACG outside of their scheduled work hours. Any time spent using this application to work must be reported as hours worked in the designated timekeeping system. Working “off the clock” is prohibited. Using this application without authorization, or for unauthorized purposes, is strictly prohibited. This application is available to active employees only.
